We assist large developers in securing plots to build as well and also do rental leasing for short term and long term.

CTC House and Home is the brainchild of its Founder, Yasmeen Khan, a Canadian Indian who spent her entire childhood and most of her adult life in Dubai, seeing it grow from the little desert oasis in the 1970s to the booming land of opportunities and dreams it is now. She continues to be very involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and is a dynamic personality with her pulse firmly planted on the Dubai Property scene.

CTC House and Home is the sister concern to CTC (Commodities Trading Company LLC) which is owned and managed by Mrs. Yasmeen Khan’s father Mr. Mohammad Aktar Sayeed. It has a reputation for over 30 years in trading and shipping of commodities like cement, clinker, iron ore, bauxite, gypsum and other cementious products. Holcem – CTC was a joint Venture that was initiated by Mr. Sayeed.
